Bees are important to the planet in the same way that world peace is. In this troubled time, nature reminds us of the beauty in life. I particularly love this painting as the upper bees remind me of my Chinese mentor who taught me to meditate as I painted. Finding my inner calm when I needed it. A creative process I now use regularly and I will always be grateful to them for their wisdom and teaching.
